This one day course on Project Change Management Fundamentals is directed to those who are responsible for managing projects, are members of a project team or find themselves as change agents for a change initiative. This is an entry level course for active project participants and has no pre-requisites.
Note: This course is about the human dynamics of change and you will explore the impacts and changes that projects have on human beings. This course is not about change control.
